Peter is an experienced litigator with specialist expertise in professional negligence, City regulatory and disciplinary matters, contractual and shareholder disputes employment law and construction disputes. He acts for claimants and defendants both in the UK and overseas, including arbitration and mediations. Peter has been involved in many substantial cases in the UK and Europe and is head of the dispute resolution and dispute resolution department.
Having organised carriage driving competitions for 17 years Peter is now the fourth Chairman of Windsor Park Equestrian Club since it was founded in 1971 by HRH the Duke of Edinburgh KG KT. He is also a Company Secretary of the regulatory body of the sport of carriage driving the British Horse Driving Trials Association and a National Technical Delegate. He also sits as a Disciplinary Tribunal Chairman for the British Equestrian Federation.
