Malcolm Davis is an experienced property lawyer and former partner of the firm. He has many years experience of complex commercial property transactions, including commercial property portfolio acquisitions, developments , corporate restructuring, shareholders agreements partnership matters and acts for substantial commercial and private clients. Malcolm advises several charitable organisations and has recently completed the complex relocation of a major London charity for which he continues to act. Malcolm has particularly interest and expertise in planning issues nationally. He has served as a councillor with the London Borough of Barnet, chaired the central area planning committee and served on the public works and education committee. |
