Malcolm Brahams was educated at Leighton Park School, Reading and Balliol College, Oxford where he read Politics, Philosophy and Economics. He worked as a commercial property partner in two West End firms before starting his own practice in 1982. He was a partner in Franks, Charlesly & Co from 1993 until he joined David Wineman in 1998. He concentrates on all aspects of property law including investment and development, mortgages and leases. He also offers general advice to business and professional clients and personal advice on wills and estates. He has helped a number of bodies to become registered charities including HealthWatch of which he is a past Chairman. He has written two books: “Commercial Leases” published by Blackwells and “Property” published as part of Croner’s “Business Basics” series. He became a consultant to the firm in 2009. |
