Louise joined the firm’s Employment and Dispute Resolution team in early 2012. Louise advises employers and employees on all aspects of employment law, with particular emphasis on the resolution of contentious issues through negotiation or, where necessary and appropriate, via the Employment Tribunals. Louise is proficient in drafting and advising on compromise agreements, employment contracts, service agreements and staff handbooks. She regularly advises clients on employment procedures and policies including disciplinary, grievance, flexible working and absence management issues. Louise has experience in general commercial dispute resolution having been involved in disputes ranging from high value debt collection to the enforcement of personal guarantees and professional negligence. She also has considerable experience of insolvency proceedings. Louise was admitted as a Solicitor in February 2010 and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. |
