David Bray Partner

David Bray read law at Birmingham University. After completing his articles in London, he worked at Peters & Peters and subsequently as a partner at Rabin Leacock Lipman. With a colleague, he then established Bray Noorani.

He joined David Wineman as a litigation partner in 2001.
Primarily a litigator, David handles a broad range of commercial and civil disputes, matrimonial and private client matters. He also has considerable experience in Court of Protection matters and criminal defence work including representation in “The Marchioness Disaster” case.

During his career, David has been involved in work touching on foreign jurisdictions including France, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Thailand, The Philippines, USA, Romania and Africa.

David is known for his practical and commercial approach, the product of extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution, together with a natural aptitude for settling disputes. He combines this, however, with an ability to pursue an aggressive line when required
